Heavy Timber Log Truss and Log Tie Beams
We design and build custom Log Truss for any project. Typical we use between 10" and 16" full round Ponderosa Pine Logs for our Log Trusses and Tie Beams. Heavy Timber Log Trusses and Beams are air dried for a period of 12 months to ensure a very stable Truss. Our Log Trusses are designed using blind fasteners with our Trademark Log Joinery. Our "Trademark Log Truss Design" will have All Log Flared Connections this produces a Log Truss with a truly massive appearance.
Log Trusses are available in Span Lengths up to 40 foot long and roof pitches up to 12/12 The Signature Series Truss is available in Two versions ( Fully Assembled or Knock Down Models ) and shipped to your location. A Fully Assembled Log Truss is just that....fully assembled at our yard and then shipped direct to your site. You can just imagine the advantages in having prefabricated Log Truss delivered and ready to set in place.
Due to the Truss being oversized for shipping reasons...We have our Knock Down Models that are assembled at our log yard, disassembled - numbered - and shipped to your site. You will then have to re-assemble the Truss once they arrive at your project site. If size does not allow for shipment of Large Log Trusses and Heavy Timber Trusses..... we can ship the Log Truss members, with the engineered connection systems, for ease of assembly at your building site.

Our Deadwood Signature Series Truss will have all blind fasteners along with our trademark log joinery and designed with western flared log connections....as this produces a truly massive truss in appearance.
Below are some additional close-up photos showcasing our Signature Series Truss.
